My Life in Pink and Green by MF

I recommend the book My Life in Pink and Green by Lisa Greenwald because it is a really good book for young girls and teens. This book has to do with beauty, fashion, business, and most of all, girl power. Lisa Greenwald discusses what a girl can do to make a difference. The girl in the book, Lucy tried to help her family drugstore/pharmacy from foreclosure. Lucy goes green and transforms the family's pharmacy into a spa and pharmacy combined. She makes a "relaxation room" and she does people's makeup and hair.

In the process of this, she ties to save the economy and recycle by using all recycled products for the pharmacy "redecorating." By the time she is finished, the Old Mill Pharmacy has gained many customers and a lot more business thanks to Lucy and her girl power. This is why I recommend and like this book.
